Which software would that be? People over here are always very willing to list their favourite delay plugins, but first you have to find a way to use it. This is a hybrid DJ and Radio automated software which I use to playback mp3 playlists like a radio station. I think I have looked into all options and can't find anything suitable which works so hardware seems to be my best option.
