[FR] Step Clip Name isn't visible when a track is minimized

MIDI clips show their names at the bottom of the clip, even when compacted. Step Clips show the variation number and name, but only when expanded. It'd be useful to be able to see the Name or Variation Name when compacted.

For example, I commonly have to mix step clips of different divisions to get a specific rhythm. So a bar might have a 1/6 clip, 1/8 clip, and 1/16 clip. I thought I could label them so I could see at a glance what goes where, but the names are hidden unless the clip is expanded.
