Well.. I will message them again regarding getting the 0.40 and 0.41 but I can tell you that I prefer how the synth sounded before. I also prefer the older sound of the effects. (I listened to 0.40 at a friend's and he is not upgrading to the latest version. I am not sure if I could just grab the .dll from him due to how the licensing works and I did not want to risk getting him into trouble.. sadly he could not find the installer).
Somehow I feel that when something is a CLASSIC you just do not touch it. If someone wanted a spire or serum blablabla sound they could get that. Sylenth was an absolute and perfectly finished product. It did not need an update for a while, and it was not abandonware or whatever the online trolls are using to describe something that does not get updates. I do get it that "some people" read that crap and it could affect sales.. but the product was PERFECT as it was. Not just perfect... it was A CLASSIC! Damn it kept selling loads even when it was still 32bit when people have already moved to 64bit DAWs.
