initial state for randomized modulation

i have 4 panners set up that i want to move randomly (and smoothly) around the stereo field. easy to do with MCCGenerator controlling them. but i want each one to start at the same place every time i begin the sequence (e.g. one at the far left, one near left, one near right, one far right), and i want to be able to set that place. is there a way to set the initial value for a modulator in Random mode, from which it would then randomize? i understand that if it's not in "true random" it will always follow the same path, with the same initial value, but i'd like it to be true random, and if i can't have that, i'd at least like to be able to set the beginning value, which at the moment appears to be...random.

You could set the LFO modulation to 100% at the start so the random values follow the LFO. Then set the LFO to the desired start position.
Then use another modulator in Envelope mode (set 'Action OFF' to 'Ignore') to gradually reduce the LFO modulation to 0%.
Not a very convenient solution, I know. Maybe someone else has a better idea.

Sorry, that's a bit too far stretched. But try using normal LFO and set the shape to noise and slow it down a lot.
