Very exciting synth...
So, a single INIT patch with none of the 2000 colors showing up to be able to create any sounds/patches whatsoever. Hmmmm, I've tried as an AU/VST in Logic and Studio Pro One, respectively, with similar results. I've also checked, updated, and re-checked the Tracktion Download Manager to make sure that I wasn't missing any content.
Anyone from Tracktion or this thread care to chime in on this? Hopefully, I'm just missing something really simple because I really want to spend some time with this synth over the weekend and it's non-functional as is.

Update: a few other folks that have downloaded the demo are experiencing this as well. I’ve tried to reach out to Peter via his website, but the contact form is broken…

Solution:
So, on macOS, the user manual, data folder, and factory preset folder show up under Computer>Library>Application Support>Dawesome>Abyss. I got it to work once I relocated the data folder and factory preset folder to User>Library>Application Support>Dawesome>Abyss

You’re quite welcome. The developer caught it as well and Tracktion should have the installer updated in short order. It is a fantastic synth!

I have similar issue. In windows 10, the data folder gets installed in :
C:\Users\affil\AppData\Roaming\Dawesome. FL studio detected Abyss fine and loads just blank canvas and error message. Could it be graphic card compatibility ?
