On the front panel, the module plugin slot, when single click in the slot it's opens the list, when single click near the process button it's opens the list
why it can not be like the slots in the racks?

Clicking the slot should - always has. I use that. Never use the down arrow. Took me an age to see what you were trying to say is "wrong".
The "wrong" is the enable/disable should be highlighted like the pop-out and tool icons, to stand out from the rest of the slot area.

Yes fine here.
About the issue: If there is an issue, it's rather minor, imho, and as there are so many main things to work on i think it's better to skip this for now.
