MacOS Big Sur and Audio Unit MConvolutionEZ plugin

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my Macbook Pro from Catalina to Big Sur. Following that, I cannot select custom paths in the MConvolutionEZ Audio Unit plugin -- I see a tree of paths, but no files to select from. The application, Audirvana, has full access to the disk. This issue renders the plugin unusable. This was not a problem in the past, with Catalina and Mojave.

Is this a known issue?
