I almost bought HD Cart for the current sale price of $79 and I was looking at the plugin's screenshot and though it looked a lot like LiquidSonics's plugins. I did a quick google search and realized that it was made by the same person who makes LiquidSonics's plugins. In the end, I was able to use the above discounts to get HD Cart. I don't know if or when they made the change, but from what I can tell, it's been a while.

I haven't seen it on a sale anywhere else, but I bought it through the Ilio store in a bundle with Fold and using a new customer discount offer. Both great plugins too.

From memory it was by creating an account and subbing to their newsletter. It wasn't a huge discount, maybe 5% or so, but made the bundle a more attractive option. I was interested in Fold initially, but Stream has turned out to be a good addition.
