Mdrummer - Any way to use midi keyboard (Midi command method) to switch between loops immediately?

Hi!
In Mdrummer - Is there any way to use my midi keyboard (Midi command method) to switch between loops/patterns immediately without having to wait until the end of the length of the pattern selected? When I use the on screen loop selector this does happen but can't seem to figure it out with a midi keyboard ? I have a 2 bar pattern and some 1 bar patterns. I want to switch from the 2 bar pattern midway throughout. I've scoured the manual and watched online videos but no joy ! I'm sure it is something simple I am overlooking. Thanks in advance

Hi, loops other than beats should switch immediately, assuming there are notes in there. MDrummer is not a simple loop player. It uses the loops the same way a drummer uses "what he can play". It tries to be as human as possible, which means switch at the right moments and switching only after the first note of a loop comes.
