:D

I like Invader2 - if I was looking for more synths, it's #1 on my buy list. But, I'm going the opposite direction these days... having greatly reduced my synth count recently.

Hi
It would be nice to be able to lock parameter, for example tuning. Because I often work in 432Hz, and I have to retune every time I change preset.

great synth !

And load scala file would be great too

+1 !

Two more patches from me:
A kind of string section and a synth toms patch respectively...

Why don't you upload them to the synth page here? So, no need to return here searching for them :)

Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Nice presets! :tu:

I'm currently working on some new features:
- sync saw oscillator
- resonant bandpass filter
- adding the LFO delay envelopes as extra modulation source

All these changes do not require changes to the workflow and do not increase the complexity of the UI. It takes some time to complete but more stuff is coming :-)

Those are the kinds of improvements that work for me! Sounds great.
NOVAkILL : Legion GO, AMD Z1x, 16GB RAM, Win11 | Audient EVO 8 | Lumi Keys | Studio Pro 8
Korg Odyssey, bx-oberhausen, Proxima, PolyMax, GR8, JP6K, Union, Atomika,
Invader 2, Flow Motion, Olga, TRK 01, Thorn, Spire, VG Iron

How difficult is the math for making a synth like this, e-phonic? Have you went to university for a physics, engineering, or math degree, or are you self-taught?

Nope, I left school way too early to get a degree like that. So all of it is self-taught.
It's hard to say how difficult it is for someone. For me it was quite a steep learning curve. Learning C++ is one thing but understanding DSP and all its caveats has been quite a challenge.
If you have a degree in math / engineering it will certainly help pick things up faster than I did. It all depends on how determined you are to keep at it and push through the hard bits.

I check this forum every day for Invader 2 updates!

This sounds really really good. Amazingly good!

If it had more modulation sources/destinations, damn, this would be crazy, but I know it's not easy to implement.
