Mick looks like somes grandpa trying to look hip at a wedding or something
And Keef looks like he should wear a tag with his name and address…

:hihi: when I started my job I went through training with a staff named Bob, he's great...quite tall, heavy, goofy and totally bald...we have quickly become friends (he is a bike rider too)..he is in his mid 50's and is as big as a stones fan as me (he plays harmonica). We also both share a liking for the old (not dance music) J. Giels, he is also the shift leader on my, what appears to be, new home unit (which will likely mean bringing a guitar to work). The woman he worked with before (she is awesome to Asher) and he were called The dynamic duo because often they ran this unit alone. Now the unit is five female clients only and on Friday and Sat Me, Bob and another male staff on Friday and on sat Me, Bob and if we get lucky a third staff (today a female staff)...me and Bob? The Glitter Twins...dont laugh...five girls 11-15, my hair, it is what it is, hair...glitter...make up (a friend on the oldest client unit the other day, it was great)...technically clients cant touch us...but

The thing is because I work Friday night and Saturday daytime I am there during 'fun' hours, but part time makes me more of a novelty and then on top of that I am Asher's dad. It's not hard to take going to work and having all the clients yell "JOHN, will you staff me?" (decision not mine and they know it) ...Bob has this status too with the kids, I hope they keep this for me...the glitter twins...two goofy old hippies who can barely take care of themselves taking care of five teenagerish girls with learning disabilities...who will be the students and who will be the teachers... The Glitter Twins Check your local listings for a channel and time near you

We talked about the stones all day today (yesterday I was off, last Friday of every month I have off)...when I left Bob was setting up the karaoke machine for the girls and getting out his harps...on a side note, I really surprised myself with how fast I ran today and also my 5 year old car that still got some pep I'll tell yah...I saw the mic coming out of the box and trust me I gtf out of there

Their story is the stuff of legend. My best friend and I were the same about both the Beatles and the Stones. We'd be happy just to sit in a room and actually listen to this music, talking about it, what were they doing, etc. Then we'd jam on it. Best of times.

Charlie's death is upsetting me a bit more each day, when I realize an era is over. Irrevocably.

Charlie Watts showed us how a man could be – cool, modest and always classy

That's as lovely, thoughtful tribute. Barbara Ellen never minces her words either so she means it.

This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I have to be brutally honest, I made it half way (well 2:20)...that was painful...and also why I left my concert days in the last century

I saw CSN in 2015. stills' voice is shot, but Croz and Nash still had theirs. Last big concert before that was Dylan/Joni in 1999. I really wince when I hear McCartney struggle to hit the notes he used to do so effortlessly. Time Waits For No One.

he hit the first line kinda close but then it sounded like he was playing in front of a bunch of construction workers and passed the mic along the front row
