Is there a way to specify the glide time in MSoundfactory in note length rather than milliseconds?

I don't think there's a built-in way, but maybe it's possible with multi-parameters?

If not, I'm submitting it as a feature request so I can time my glides perfectly.

Double click on the glide parameter. Look at the bottom of the popup and you'll see note lengths. I don't think it will follow the tempo in real time though, so be careful if you're changing tempo a lot.

Thanks Chandler. I love that functionality, but it's not so helpful in my case because I want to automate the glide-time. And like you said, it doesn't follow the project tempo automatically.

My current workaround is to create a multi-parameter in bank mode which is okay as long as I remember to adjust it for each tempo.

Is there a way to make my DAW (REAPER) show the bank name instead of the milliseconds in the envelope?

I'm afraid not, and I'm afraid I cannot really do that for technical reasons (at least for now). There are many optimizations in place, which calculate stuff like samples for time and enabling tempo following means it would have to do that every time. Simply put that's rather problematic. I'll add it as low priority though.

I just wanted to update that it's really easy to control glide via MPE editing in Bitwig, so I don't need that feature anymore. You can remove it from your list, as far as I am concerned, as there doesn't seem to be much interest otherwise.
