1x always high 2x drops and comes back and 3x same but slower.
High cpu usage as soon as i click on the plugin.

Not sure about Ableton but some CPU meters are actually buffer meters. In other words, you'll need to raise your buffer to lower the value.

Hmmm, check the audio settings indeed. If you set buffer size to like 32 samples, things may become crazy, but still... If that won't help, please use the contact form, Luke will check it out.
