On screen midi keyboard bug

There is problem with midi on screen keyboard: If you hold down mouse button and swipe keyboard, it will not do effect like hammond swoop because every tinny mouse movement even over the same note will generate new MIDI note. It should generate new note only if you swoop to next key while holding mouse down.
