+1 oh HY Plugins. Their Seq Collection covers most of the ground & is excellent value. They also have free cut down versions

I really like the arp section on the Sektor synth, as it is polyphonic and really easy and fast to set up. Is there any similar product out there, a really simple polyphonic arp with gate and filter?

Check out Phrasebox by Venomode, it's pretty awesome.
BlueARP is still cool, I used it a lot prior to Phrasebox.
