They had absolutely no research amongst their customers. Worst is, they neglected such a research even after they got the funds from the trust, VCs or whatever it was back then... and a few years ago.
In their defence though, we should acknowledge that covid-19 was not on their side, though.
Many other manufacturers got stock and sold already known products to people looking back at their music hobby, whilst working from home or on furlough. But for new products it was not the best time.
Surely, the team behind 'Osmose' synth, know that as well and have experienced the consequences... during and post-lockdowns.

Finding value here on KVR is a constant game of searching for the needle in a haystack. The haystack being the constant babble of the same tired players who simply love to hear themselves type.
