Melda MXXX controlling other plugins?

Is there a way to control another plugin via MXXX? Like a wrapper? If so that's awesome... If not , that would be great. Make a custom GUI and then control it from a custom edited screen...! Or an inspired device in the easy screen

Yes, but it depends on the DAW host - in Reaper you can control a plug-in parameter from another one (on the same track):
