Can you be more specific?
1. Is this over head phones, studio monitors, laptop speakers, rendered files?
2. How high are your track volumes? It's possible to crank up your tracks but turn down either your master output volume or your interface volume, or your mixer volume, computer audio volume, etc., which can cause distortion. Is *anything* hitting the red?
3. Audio tracks only, MIDI tracks, or both?
4. Do you have other real or virtual instruments that sound okay, or is it everything?
5. All projects or just one in particular?
I'm sure we can help, but I'd like to pin down what you mean by "very bad" and "low-end."
I suspect it's a question of balancing gain, individual track volumes, and master output volumes. You might be running everything into the red at some point.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
