Should I have more devices after installing the MSoundfactory essentials and Monastery Grand ?

There should be more. Did you keep the "MSoundFactory Instruments" option checked in the installer?

No, the instruments are already included in the installer and pretty small. The big downloads are the samples that some of the instruments use. They are included in the MSoundFactoryEssentials as an extra download to keep the installer small for those who don't use MSoundFactory.
