Cannot get Blue Cat main page

Sorry about the naming of the Subject , but I don' know what it is called.
I have downloaded Blue Cat Free Pack VST into Windows 10 Program Files but there is no Blue Pack folder for installing the dlls etc. See screen shot. I hope I have made my self clear

It looks like the plug-ins have already been installed (the dlls are in your vst plug-ins folder). If you are looking for the installer it is probably in your "Downloads" folder.

Have I done the correct thing.
Click on Blue Cat Free Amp/click on Win x64 vst
Download as per screen shot. Download Blue Cat Free Amp vst and Blue Cat Freeware Pack vst x64 Set up
I have opened both folders but still cannot find open page for Blue Cat

Sorry I absolutely don't understand what you are saying, but they are plugins that don't run standalone. You have to load them up in a host software like Cubase for example.

If you are trying to open the plug-ins, you indeed need a host application (these are not executable applications). You can read more about this here:
