As far as I can tell, the only LFO modulation phase options in MSoundFactory are (1) reset with each MIDI-on note; or (2) randomize the phase with each MIDI-on note.
Is there any way I've overlooked to make LFOs to keep going continuously in between notes? Or can I request it as a feature if there isn't currently a way to do it?
MSF: Are there modulation LFOs that progress between notes?

The per-voice LFOs do what you say. The global modulators are what you're looking for. They are found in the Meters & Utilities tab on the right hand of MSF. Melda have videos on both mod systems - and more.
