MSL tempo instability with tempo follower

Rc3 version on mac.
Sometimes tempo does not change if its only on track one, but as soon as I add more tracks tempo gets more and more unstable.

This 1-4 tempo change introduce pops and clicks if i try to add effects on these tracks.
Augustus loop on the other hand have this thing called TEMPO OUTPUT and latency compensation where it adapts to these 1-4 tempo changes and gets rid of pops clicks and glitches.

I don't follow, what do you mean by tempo instability? MSL does NOT output tempo (if there is a standard for that at all).
