Hi,
I have been having difficulty with superlooper "losing" the midi maps during a session. After a few presses of the record or next track, it ceases to recognize any midi.
I am using the fcb1010 midi controller into reaper (latest) and superlooper (latest).
Any tips on how i could address this?
superlooper loses midi mapping?

I suggest you to buy Augustus loop it works perfectly with fcb and has multiple scripts for that, since melda literally did 1 button and fixed this annoying blinking GUI bug in half a year for MSL , I sincerely doubt that they will fix anything anytime soon, not many people use MSL have so they prioritize other products instead.

It sounds a bit like there is some problem in routing / connection to the MIDI device. Try recording the MIDI in another track to see how that goes. Then you can always sort of "simulate" the live session and perhaps show there's a bug. But I quite doubt that this would be buggy, though nothing is certain
. Anyways make sure you are using the newest version.
