Creating and Installing MXXX Products

I am having problems trying to create and install my MXXX Devices into products and would like some help to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
In v14 I was able to create a product from my MXXX devices by going to the edit screen, selecting Menu and select Create Product. I would then select the folder the device was located in (ie Modulation) make sure presets were enabled & samples disabled, then create the product. Installing the product was as simple as selecting the menu and then selecting Install Product. I don't remember ever having to enter any keywords when creating the product.

Upon using v15 I discovered if I leave the keyword fields blank it compiles what appears to be ALL MXXX devices and all my menu presets.
So after reading up at KVR and on the Melda website I've learned to enter the name of the device that I am compiling into a product in the keyword fields for the device & presets. After compiling I get the message "Product has been successfully created". And when I go to install the product on my home computer everything follows as it originally did, and I get the message "Product has been successfully installed".... however, the device does not show in the devices list within the MXXX plugin. Even after removing the plugin and inserting a new instance.
When I search through the user directory (macOS 10.15.7) I see that the device, xml, and preset files are placed into a folder called MXXX Devices. As far as I can tell, the MXXX plugin does not access this folder. It accesses the folder within MeldaProduction MXXX/ActivePresets/. So when I manually place the files from the MXXX Devices folder into the ActivePresets folder the device finally shows up in devices list of the MXXX plugin, unfortunately when I select the device I get a completely black UI with no controls or parameters & an error message that reads "Main image is not available"..
The device itself works as expected from here, and all presets work as well. It's just the UI does not. I feel like my error is somewhere within the creation process of the product. But reading through posts here and looking through the available tutorials it seems as though though I'm following the process properly. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, please contact me via info@meldaproduction.com, send me a screenshot of the product creation window and the resulting product, so I can try and analyze it here. I don't remember any changes to this, but who knows, perhaps some kind of a sideeffect.
