Would be great if Mulab 9 had an optional UI similar to Unify.

I'm wondering, are there plans to unlock MuSynth and MuDrum in the life cycle of M9 or is it going to be postponed to later versions?

It's indeed the intention to unlock MuSynth & MuDrum so they become standard MUX patches. This will need more options for the front panel system, which will be an extra benefit of course. I cannot yet give a concrete time estimation for this development.

Yes new presets are very welcome! Preferably pop / house /techno / hip hop / rap music sounds, but any quality presets are very welcome!

Currently still working on M9's Live Clip Matrix. Definitely made good progress last month, but at the same time i must admit i encountered some unexpected difficulties which cause more work. Anyway, i'd say the M9 beta is 94% ready. It's a matter of implementing a last couple of things (eg recording the Live Clip Matrix) and tying up those last loose ends. Eager to share M9 with you guys!
