Can someone confirm if the Computer Music Magazine KiloHearts Slice EQ offer was time limited?

Basically I am a subscriber of CM magazine through Amazon, but often forget i have it! I was after a decent EQ and remembered this offer. But I have an issue with accessing the software, not filesilo related (although that is a separate issue...how slow!) but to do with the final step of getting Kilohearts Slice EQ.

So I filled out my details on the page you get given a link for i.e. https://futureplc.slgnt.eu... , but after i fill in my email, name and country and submit I just don't get an email back with my KiloHearts redemption code? Even though it said a redemption code would be sent out on the subsequent screen.

Can anyone tell me what is going on? Should I contact CM? etc? P.s. I checked junk mail box.

Pretty sure it was time limited. AFAIK the plugins that require a license key are like that, but there might be some exceptions. Can't hurt to ask, though.
