Adjusting Velocity Values of All Notes

Hello,
In the EDIT screen I can change the Vel (Velocity) of selected notes but instead of making them all the value I enter, it seems to adjust them all and keep the relationship, i.e. it does not make ALL notes the value I enter.
In the EDIT screen, what is the procedure to change the Velocity of all selected notes to a certain value (say 85)?
Thank you,
Michael

Several options:
1) Drag a selected vertical velocity bar to the prefered value (eg 85) then you get a choice how to apply the change to the others, choose "Absolute".
2) Use Sequence Functions -> Change Velocities -> Set
3) Practical trick: Set all velocities to zero, then enter your prefered value in the velocity field.
4) Use the Event List Editor to do so

One follow-up please.
Is there an option to "humanize" the velocity of a range of notes?
For example, have a selected set of notes baseline at 75 but all vary +\- a user set value such as "5".
The more I use MuLab the better it gets. So well thought out!
