Hey guys 2 questions about the last u-he - bitwig sale

1. I got hive and repro already, do i get still a new license which i might sell?

2. Is the upgrade price for around 120 bucks any good or does bitwig make better sales sometimes?

I think the sale is over. We usually do $129 + discounts when it’s on sale but not during the free u-he offer, so $120 + the free u-he would have been a phenomenal deal.

Just wanted to verify that the iZotope RX Post Production Suite 5 Upgrade from RX PPS 4 purchased through JRR includes the free upgrade to RX PPS 6. Thanks Eric.

They told me you'll get a free upgrade to RX 9 but didn't say if you'll get a free upgrade to RX PPS 6. I recommend waiting until RX PPS 6 comes out because the upgrade will be on sale for the same price.

How come they offer a "buy now and get a free upgrade when the new version is released" for RX but not Ozone/Neutron?

Ok. Thanks for getting back. I have an offer in My Loyalty Offers for $299 from 4 to 5 that includes the upgrade to 6, wasn't sure if that was the same one you were offering.

Apparently Waves V13 was just released. No real upgrades aside from M1 and Windows 11 compatibility for which they want us to pay again. I feel like V12 just came out.

I expect you should get the upgrade to RX PPS 6. If not, as long as you registered within the grace period, I'd reach out to iZotope and there's a good chance they'll fix things for you. The upgrade serial numbers don't tend to be different between 3rd party sellers and iZotope's webstore.

The main difference if you do it now, IMO, is that you would get two copies of RX PPS in your account (version 5 and 6).

It's probably the same. I just wouldn't want to lead you the wrong way, especially when you can wait a short time and get the same deal with the assurance that it will be the full new version.

That's the game. I now only upgrade my Abbey Road Collection, which works out pretty well since every upgrade comes with a new plugin and the upgrade is about the same cost as the new plugin. I let all my other Waves plugins lapse.

That's pretty clever! I'm working on an M1 MacBook and although I'm not running into any compatibility issues yet I suspect I may have to upgrade as soon as Cubase becomes M1 native. I still refuse to pay more for the WUP than the initial bundle price though so maybe I'll thin out my waves library or wait to see what "special" sale they come up with for Black Friday
