Fr - link seperate multiparameters

I thought it would be a cool idea if we could link multiparameters from different instances of melda plugins. So for example, we could sync lfo speeds between separate melda instances by using linked multiparameters. So if you would move one multiparameter, it would move the other linked multiparameter and vice versa.
edit: just to clarify, MXXX is an obvious option but if you have several melda plugins spread across multiple channels that you would like to link together, MXXX would not help in this case.

Yes but if you had separate plugins across multiple channels, mxxx wouldnt help.

What about setting up an empty master MIDI track and using sending the modwheel output to all the child tracks that you want to use together, then latch that incoming MIDI signal to whatever multiparamteres you wanted?

That is somewhat a workaround, but not all DAWs support that feature.smadger wrote: Mon Oct 18, 2021 10:28 pm What about setting up an empty master MIDI track and using sending the modwheel output to all the child tracks that you want to use together, then latch that incoming MIDI signal to whatever multiparamteres you wanted?
Hopefully, it would be really handy especially for EQing. Having one EQ push and another one pull with a distortion plugin sandwiched in between.

One solution would be to send tracks to different channels in a parent/folder track and then use mxxx in surround or ambisonic mode.
It sounds messy but if you've done any morphing or side chaining it's pretty standard stuff.

That's already possible with MXXX, isn't it?SeeingInMidi wrote: Tue Oct 19, 2021 12:34 am Hopefully, it would be really handy especially for EQing. Having one EQ push and another one pull with a distortion plugin sandwiched in between.

Yeah, but I'm guessing they meant across multiple channels? Which like we said is kinda possible for some people just not built in.
