Hello!
So, I was forced to perform a major reinstall of Windows 10 and I cannot get Cakewalk by Bandlab to recognize Synthmaster One after the install. I have copied the license key into the SM1 folder. I have uninstalled and installed again with no luck. I have the 64 bit VST3 file installed to the Program Files; Steinberg; vstplugins folder. When I rescan that folder in Cakewalk, still does not show up.

Thanks! :)

Hi John,

Synthmaster is software that works as VST 2. For this, you may need to open a separate VST file in cakewalk plugin manager and scan it. Please re-install SynthMaster One again and be sure none of your DAWs are open when you are installing it. Try to download your license key file at: https://synthmaster.com/userarea.aspx and copy that file to Documents/SynthMasterOne folder. And rescan your VSTs with your DAW again. Also be sure your SynthMaster One Dll is same folder with your other VSTs.

If these do not resolve the issue, please contact me via customer support. From there I can help you faster.

All the best
Gercek
