Waveform 11 "There was a problem downloading this product"

I tried downloading the Waveform 11 installer directly from the website on Google Chrome multiple times, but halfway through each attempt I got a "Failed. Network Error", so I downloaded and installed the Download Manager successfully, but when trying to install Waveform 11 from the Download Manager, halfway through each attempt I get "There was a problem downloading this product".

I know it's tempting to think that it's my connection, but I've never had this problem downloading other large files. Help please xd
