I bought MMorph from Bax Music on Sunday for £34 as it was a good price but I haven’t received any license or download links. Have contacted support but nothing. Bax Music are well established so not sure what’s going on, are they official reseller of Melda?

I've bought from them before, you'll probabyly have received some emails after the sale, double check them all and all the attachments, sometimes things are a little hidden.

Thanks, checked everywhere including spam folders but nothing. No-one answers the phone when I call customer service and no reply to emails. I will open Paypal case.

Just an update, after 10 days I finally got a response on Trust Pilot after leaving 1 star review. Prompted them into action and now I have MMorph license
