Any idea if Steinberg does Black Friday/November sales? They have been quiet after the End of Summer Sale, which ended almost 2 months ago.

How often are Steinberg sales expected? I was a little pissed when they ran their last 50% off sale shortly after I purchased my upgrade during their 40% off sale.

Thanks for the answers from everyone. It looks like I’ll wait. I have Komplete Ultimate 11 now with some other individuals. The Arturia V8 deal I got for $199, looks like the better money spent right now.WasteLand wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 7:20 pmyes that is quite remarkable, or their upgrade prices are going up, or it does not fall under black friday, they had 50% sales indeed, if i remember correctly.Drogers wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 6:31 pm For the NI Komplete holiday update sales. It looks like my upgrade for Komplete Ultimate is $269. If my math is right that’s 33% off the normal $399. Were the past 50 percent off sales on updates typically at the end of the year or in the Summer?
i don't follow it that much anymore, or don't remember it that well, with ultimate 11 + komplete 13, i am comfortable..
indeed there was a sale this summer, 50%, a bit strange. on the komplete updates/upgrades.

But usually their sales are not overlapping, so the 40% off sale probably had different products on offer (Studio Weeks - Cubase, Nuendo, etc?). I remember that the 50% off sale was on instruments and expansions, which I still regret missing by a couple of days because I did not realise how badly I want Groove Agent 5. Can't justify paying the full price, so must wait for a sale.telecharge wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 7:58 pm How often are Steinberg sales expected? The Melodyne Sale at https://everyplugin.com/celemony.html is better than they advertise (50%), and better than at any other place I've seen so far. The real discounted price for Melodyne Essential is $41.15 (rather than $49 like everywhere else), and upgrades are $83.14 from Essential to Assistant, $83.17 from Assistant to Editor, and $167.13 from Editor to Studio. I bought the Essential first and then upgraded to Assistant for a total of $124.29.

Anyone tried BlueLab audio plugins? They are now free - don't work on the latest version of Macs but I was wondering if others had used them

If anyone is after a referral code for Fabfilter, PM me an e-mail address and I can organise your 10% discount on your next order, which should work well with the forthcoming winter sale.
Edit: Should point out that this only works for people that currently don't own anything from Fabfilter and haven't previously received a referrral code.

It appears that XLN Audio's XO and RC-20 are at their lowest price ever. JRR Shop has the lowest I've found, but if you're considering both, Best Service has a list of freebies you can choose from for orders over $99 - https://www.bestservice.com/deals/get_a ... _3642.html

For me it's exactly the other way round.Insanelysane wrote: Fri Nov 19, 2021 1:02 pm XLN Audio XO is $53 in cart at Jrrshop with Group coupon.. thats a pretty great bargain. The bargain hunter in me wants to own it at that price but I already bought Atlas 2![]()
Atlas implemented some (sequencer) stuff I was missing from Xo. Never used it much, will get atlas now, since it seems Xo development has stalled.
