FR: Frequency shift control in MAutoDynamicEQ

Mostly for convenience, but it would be nice to be able to have something to shift all bands at once.

It doesn't take too long to set up a multiparameter, but if another multiparameter is morphing between EQ banks, it becomes really difficult to 'offset' these bank values with another multiparameter.

The 'shift' control would make it much easier to make an adjustable Formant Filter or something similar.

I'll think about that one. Shouldn't be such a big deal, but I'm not sure.
