Looking for tutorials for Tracktion

I'm a newbie with Tracktion.

Now I'm looking for tutorials:
How do I get a VSTi on a Track?
What ist wrapping? and so on.

Where is a good source?

How do I get a VSTi on a Track?

connect your midi input (on the left) to your track.
go to the top right and grab 'new filter' and drag it to your track. It will open to allow you to select what vst you want to load.
I may be a new one with tracktion, but I did figure that one out. (using the help file)
