How do you make the LFO per voice modulator to run continuously and not be retriggered by a note? I'm pretty sure it's obvious but of course I cannot find it

This is such a common cause of confusion. We, me included, get so entranced by the per-voice (polyphonic) modulation that we forget about the standard modulators.

Yes I'm talking about MSF. As far as I know the global modulators affect every voice, is there a way to obtain a free running LFO per voice?

I don't think so. You could set the initial phase to random which has a similar effect.humanboeing wrote: Wed Nov 24, 2021 8:22 pm Yes I'm talking about MSF. As far as I know the global modulators affect every voice, is there a way to obtain a free running LFO per voice?
What are you trying to do with that LFO? Maybe there's another way to get the same result.

Nothing specific really. I'm just playing around with knobs, trying different techniques and approaches to get interesting sounds.

Well, actually when I think about it now it doesn't even make sense to have a continuous LFO per voice, because once the voice is over the modulation signal is over too, lol
