Hey peeps, just did the survey and thinking about what I might do with the coupon. I already own a fair number of the synths and Uhbik. I was just going through what Dark Zebra adds, and it's already one of my fave and go to synths, so was thinking that spending my money on that was a better idea than buying yet another synth, the only one I had in mind being Hive 2. Any ideas appreciated.

ZebraHZ is very good if you like those Batman cinematic sounds (assuming you already own Zebra). Hive 2 is good. Though I think my favorite is Repro currently. Try them and decide for yourself.

ZebraHZ has some added features compared to Zebra2, like added Diva filter and more. So, apart from Bat-presets, it might be of your interest if you program your own deep patches.
Hive 2.1 is a different beast, with a wide sound palette in my opinion, easier to manage, less deep in routing. Personally I own all U-He synths and effects, so my opinion doesn't count about which synth or effect to buy: my answer is gotta-catch-em-all!

Plus the mod noise source and shape sequencer position modulation, all such great additions.pdxindy wrote: Thu Nov 25, 2021 4:31 am Hive 2.1 is a must have IMO... the new filters are outstanding for physical modeled sounds.
The real answer of course is get both![]()
