I am a noob, and am trying to learn to make drum tracks. I don't really know enough to make proper beats myself, so I'm demoing MDrummer right now, and enjoying it. With the plugin-boutique deal, I can get it for an extra-special price.
However, I see that MSoundFactory has MDrummer included within it; that seems to be considerable extra value.
If I get MDrummer now, will I be wasting my money if I want to upgrade to MSoundFactory in the future?
If I get MSoundFactory now, will the MDrummer component within it be less useful (due to added complexity)?
Side note: I've not used a referral code yet. Would this be a good time to use one?

Well, you wouldn't be able to use a referral code at PB, but that is a GREAT price! Referral codes are only good at the Melda site. And yeah, the bigger the spend, the bigger the discount, so use that referral wisely. The 1/2 bundles on the Melda site are a fantastic value when they're 1/2 off because you also get credit for the plugins you own that are in the bundle. Also, don't forget to sign up for the Melda Newsletter for a 10 EU credit too.

If you like to process drums separately then perhaps Mdrummer is the way to go and no MSF, because I believe it has 16 audio outputs, whereas in MSF when you load Mdrummer you get 4 outs max.
