There were some really weird Black Friday sales. Some places like GAK were asking more for hardware synths than anywhere else was before BF.
Amazon's pricing was as odd as ever, but I think it's mostly by algorithm so not as surprising.

Yeah, and AIR software was "on sale" for about 3X what it normally goes for at bundle prices. Soniccouture eliminated its "The Ancients" bundle and the 3 plugins that made up the bundle were "on sale" for $40 more collectively than the regular bundle price used to be.

But there were some awesome deals elsewhere.

Yeah, I downloaded and installed it fine but now 'server not responding' when trying to update the library. Cool to see in a way, good to know there's this level of enthusiasm for it.

They had a lot of Black Week/Friday offerings. Maybe you just looked at the wrong items, or saw pricings from Market Place vendors.
