1) i start with 10 empty tracks, attempting to drag and drop an instance of AUTO ALIGN on every track in case i need it later on.
2)i can successfully drag and drop about 4 instances over 4 tracks, then drag and drop feature stops working.
3)i then select focus on empty track and DOUBLE CLICK to fill the instance with AUTO ALIGN.
4)this works BUT it also places an instance of MCHAR along with AUTO ALIGN (I only double clicked auto align). this happens for about 4 more tracks (placing double instances in error) and then corrects itself by only placing AUTO ALIGN on track when double clicked.

That's hardly a problem of the plugin - you are drag & dropping in your DAW, right? So apparently yet another GUI problem of Live... seems quite a handful of these...
