How do I assign a midi output to each group when I am making a multi instrument Maize Sampler?

Hello Friends, I am making a VST Instrument with Maize Sampler 2.60, it is finished but when I open it in the DAW I have to put a module for each instrument that I want to record.

What I want to know is how by opening a single Instrument I can play each Group separately via MIDI, thus optimizing the load for my Imac

I am also wanting to know how to create multiple outputs. There seems to be zero in depth tutorials, manuals or help for this program.
