IIRC, the last deal was based on u-he having gotten a number of instruments NKI (or whatever that NI acronym is) ready. There was the idea that there would be another such sale when u-he had the rest of their products ready for that. I believe the last sale was not linked to Christmas.
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

There was just a u-he survey with a 25% off coupon. I think that will be the last sale for near-future.
