no, the one in hosts is a shadow topic, we have the option of leaving that behind like a bread crumb...in this case simply because of his words I didnt think he would look to see what happened and just assume I deleted it.

Just to clarify a little bit what I perhaps should have done before...

I am not claiming for me and it´s not about a topic of mine but I hate censorship as long as it´s not about criminal activities or completely respectless behaviour against others...

There was a new topic created about what value subscription brought perhaps additionally on the table...
and because this topic for once it wasn't from our famous "The Intrancer" who seems to have absolute fool's freedom here and can create one nonsense topic after the other, Hink decided to jump in and asked if we don´t have enough "subscription" topics...

The OP answered him that this topic would be about a different point of view and told him he would have well noticed this if he (Hink) could read...
Well, I can understand the OP´s reaction... could have easily happened to me...

This was the moment as the complete thread got deleted!
What a respectless attack!

@Hink: If you give one person fool´s freedom and allow him to post whatever sick stuff that might be and not even move topics into different sub forums (as you did with mine now) no matter how offtopic they are...
...it´s called arbitrariness if you do with threads from others...
...same rights for everybody...
...principle of equality!
If you don´t understand these basic principles or are unable to follow them for whatever reason ... perhaps it would be a good idea to step down as a mod and leave this job to people who are able to act the right way!
And you can whine and make jokes that you get always attacked no matter what you do... I don´t know about the other examples but in this case you have failed completely, as one can only fail...

you sir only see one side, and you keep calling people out and speaking for others...it was not censored and your assumptions are dead wrong. Perhaps if you saw the history of that person in our logs you would see how wrong you were to make said assumptions.

I am not your fool, I am not a puppet or anyones toy...I do this because I care about KvR...a lot. What I wont do is baby sit threads, I spend sometimes as much as 16 hours a day here (go ahead prove me wrong on that) because there are only two mods working. If I ask a simple question and the response is like that, I check our records and see multiple bans, I see warnings for said member from two mods...do tell why wouldn't I just say "nope"? In case you dont know this is strictly volunteer, I dont deserve this crap from anyone. In such a case the decision is easy, someone who has proven to be difficult or members who understand respect. (for the community, not me). It's called prioritizing and as we are few and the members seem to expect us to read every word, I do the very best I can.

I see indeed just one side and do not have insight in any logs... even if I wonder, if we are talking about the same person... but anyway...

Nonetheless don´t you think deleting a whole topic just to deal with the OP which perhaps misbehaves could be the wrong way??
Aren´t there other ways which won´t affect other (innocent) people?
There were others who have participated in this thread and might perhaps be interested in other peoples opinion (even if in this case it wasn´t that informative)...

Shame the thread was not just locked instead of being deleted, as I made a few comments in it and saw nothing offensive in it that deemed it worthy of deletion in my opinion. If I did say something that was out of order that contributed to it being deleted,then I apologize.
