SCL tuning file support

I know ultimately dev work has to be done by someone, and it's not possible to do everything, but can I put a request in to support SCL tuning files with MSoundFactory. It would be great to use it alongside the tool from the Surge team, and the TUN files currently being used don't seem to be as popular from recent searches. No worries if not, we're all busy people Thanks.

I wonder if implementing MTS-ESP instead would be faster development or a prefered approach? https://oddsound.com/devs.php
It would give you the same result for usage in MPS. If scl file support is to be added, also adding kbm mapping is helpful as well.

Yeah I stumbled across MTS-ESP after poasting this, looks good. I just had a file from a while back that wasn't one from the enormous lists you can get on github. The converters will probably do the job, but thought it'd be nice to have something that worked natively together.
