timbre mpe expression state is "preserved?"

Hi all!

I'm working on an extension for the EraeTouch and I was able to get MPE to pass through via a createNoteInput() - the problem I'm having now is that it seems Bitwig always starts the Timbre value from the last set value, so if I had slid my finger up on a previous note, for example, instead of starting in the middle (63) for the next note and moving up from there, the Timbre value starts from max, moves to the "middle" and then moves up. Is there a way to get this value to reset on noteOff instead of waiting til the next noteOn?

In this screenshot you can see the first note has timbre start at the center value, as expected, but then for the next note, timbre starts at max, then goes back up. The last note starts at minimum instead of the center value, before then proceeding back down.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
