PA transfers, is my reasoning correct here:

Someone buys a PA plug from me, has to pay $20 transfer fee, can't use a loyalty voucher, min spend $32.

So, could I give them one of the freebies (bx guitar pedal etc) I don't use, then the transfer is $40 - 20% so $32. Then they could use the voucher and just pay $7 transfer..?

That's correct. It's best to register minimum 2 PA plugins when using the $25 voucher.

the price in the EU, bax-shop for instance, for v collection 8 (when not in sale), is always around 100 euro less.. o i see now €200 less.
but the thomann price, is again 100 euro less.. wel that makes it around €300... or €299...

Ok thanks guys. I just wondered as the prices are higher when I checked on the original sites.
V Collection 8 here in the USA is $599 on Arturia's site ( versus $279) and Bazille is $141 on u-he's site (versus $111).

I will be going to Thomann's now and in the future to check for deals.
