They mean that if you use the code before it is reset, then you'll be able to use it again after it has been reset.

If you use it before and after the reset you get to use it twice. If you don't use it before the reset you only get to use it once.

There may be another reset later so it's always best to use it if you see a deal you want and not to wait around.

It should be reset 24 hours after the announcement. Check the exact time when you received the email from PA.

I had checked my county wide libraries for Computer Music years ago but was not found.
I tried Libby's but would not accept my log in where as my county wide website logs me in.
Will go to my local library and see if they can help.

just go into your account > subscriptions and payments > subscriptions then click on "manage" for the mag you want to stop auto-renewal with.
