So many. I'm used to working around most of them but some of them are straight up frustrating, especially when they waste time.
My least favourite bug right now is that *Rendering crashes the plugin sandbox*. Not reliably or consistently, or because of a plugin. Just... sometime between 2 and 99% export it's going to crash. I have to "pre-render" a big chunk of tracks and then mute them to get it to export reliably.
* 1x render speed doesn't make any difference
* my PC has RAM+CPU to spare, judging by Task Manager and the built-in CPU meter
* Turning off the experimental Engine processing has sometimes let me export reliably, but on some projects doing that instantly crashes Waveform

My second-least favourite is that many plugins just don't render properly on a 4k monitor. And the Waveform interface itself freaks out if you have a second 2k monitor too. I eventually unplugged my second monitor because I prefer Waveform menus that are clickable to having a second screen. The plugins will consistently draw wrong unless I turn Windows' display scaling down to 100% and Waveform's up! But that's no use either because then every other app is impossible to read unless my nose is smushed against the screen.
4k monitors are really common now, I'd expect 1 x 4k monitor not to be an edge case!
For problem plugins "Enable DPI awareness" let's you choose between two kinds of wrong rendering: 1) show only the top left quarter of the plugin, or 2) draw the plugin tiny in the top left quarter, but have the invisible clickable elements where they should be. Either are unusable.
