Why Cytomic support so bad?

Well considering I do know how to use a compressor as the Glue doesn't pump when I use it, I think that image describes you to a T.
If you learn to use a compressor properly, you'll stop blaming everyone else for you being an idiot.

I think you are not smarter than the UAD developers. You get personal and try to prove my ignorance that you have not even provided a single proof.LeVzi wrote: Mon Dec 27, 2021 5:47 pm Well considering I do know how to use a compressor as the Glue doesn't pump when I use it, I think that image describes you to a T.

https://www.uaudio.com/uad-plugins/comp ... ction.htmlThe internal Side Chain Filter allows you precise tailoring of low frequency response to reduce low-end “pumping,” while the Mix control provides inline dry/wet processing — perfect for quick parallel compression on a drum or vocal bus. The Headroom control lets you adjust the overall operating level of the plug‑in

This has to be the most idiotic attempt at an insult I've ever seen on KVR?nullik wrote: Mon Dec 27, 2021 10:53 amYou probably still drive an old car that has proven itself? Good luck!
Seriously, what kind of mentality would think this is a bad thing to do?

it's the internet. sometimes, changing someone's mind is more or less a lost cause. it's ok to let things go and move on. don't need to die on every hill.

They answered. This is another matter and right!
Thanks for your patience with the transfer. It's now complete.
Any questions or problems please let me know. To say sorry for the delay I've given you both an NFR of The Scream. Hope you enjoy it. Should be out of beta early in the new year but is super stable already.
Season's Greetings to you both.
All the best,
Emma

And the Glue still rocks, awesome compressor and I recently bought it again, after owning it when it first came out and selling it when I thought I was gonna give up music. Glad to have it back, one of the best VST compressors there is.Synthack wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 10:48 am I found their support reasonable considering they are a two person outfit and it's the holidays. They are very friendly and helpful when they do return your messages.

It's sound more digital. I had a real hardware SSL G. The best SSL emulation is Tim Petherick L-bus comp v2. L-Bus have more smoth sound and it's have saturation like real hardware. But The Glue is little cleaner. I asked the glue author to add saturation like SSL 4000 E and SSL 4000 G, and LPF in side chain but they ignored. The Glue has an advantage over the hardware, but its sound is boring. His pumping does not look like a real hardware, it's have digital origin.LeVzi wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 12:04 pm And the Glue still rocks, awesome compressor and I recently bought it again, after owning it when it first came out and selling it when I thought I was gonna give up music. Precisely point to point my opinion. BravoLeVzi wrote: Mon Dec 27, 2021 10:23 am Absolute rubbish, you probably have no idea what you are doing.
You go and use Fircomp but the Glue is a well established excellent compressor. Andy isn't going to answer your questions about future development, that's not support is it, that's you being impatient and nosy.
If you have a genuine issue with the Glue he will answer you. From your posts you seem like someone i'd want to ignore too.
Imagine Andy reading this whining. I hope he has a better thing to do instead of pleasing every darn whining kid out there.
And to answer OP - no Cytomic support isn't bad at all.

It's a great that you answered to my whining with yours whining. LOL. I was very uncomfortable in front of the person who bought the plug-in from me. He waited 2 weeks. Taking into account the increased number of dishonest people and scammers, I found myself in a situation where I could find myself without a plugin and money. Given that they respond by mood, I could refund the money back and they could silently transfer the plugin. Attempt to return the plug-in would turn into a black hole. This is the worst attitude towards clients. There is a possibility that if it were not for this topic, they would not even have contacted. Even people who do not accept wishlist always respond thanks for contacting. It's just etiquette. And here just a big hole... And it's funny how you lick this hole.

Ah yes. The old card. You are fishing for comments which goes only your way. Seems respectable and reasonable to do that on a public forum.nullik wrote: Wed Dec 29, 2021 10:59 am

aha it's "another" person who bought plugin. Nice attempt dude.nullik wrote: Wed Dec 29, 2021 10:59 am I was very uncomfortable in front of the person who bought the plug-in from me. He waited 2 weeks.

There were so many ways for you to handle this differently even if it was real, but you see no one is buying your "uncomfortable" experience. The sooner you realize it - the better for internet bandwidth.
Do you need a sandwich or something?
