every time I press playback my presets start from 80 how can i solve?

windows 11
ableton 11.0.12
sylenth 3.067
after creating a midi track with sylenth as an instrument I would like to play sylenth with different presets but every time I change preset and press play sylenth it automatically changes preset and returns to the initial preset before it was 80 now 39 thanks for the help

Is there a program change message in the midi track automation or embedded in the midi file you're playing?
That's usually the culprit for unwanted program changes.

Is your midi controller sending any messages? Perhaps try another controller if you have one just to test.

Yeah, maybe unplug any midi controller you got and add Sylenth1 after that onto a new created midi track.

thanks to all for the answers the problem is the midi file I downloaded. With a midi clip created in ableton there is no problem
